Lastest Update

School, school, school. That's what we've been doing! Trying to get caught up, trying not to get behind. So in history and reading, I'm mostly studying France, New France, the New World and that sort of stuff. Last book I read was the Iron Peacock. It's a really good book... I recommend it!Anyways, that's my school update.

On Friday, I went to Wyldlife... One of the coolest youth groups ever! We, 50 or more kids around the ages of 11 and 14, met up at Multi-plaza Escazu (A really big mall here in San Jose) to do a scavenger hunt. We had to find 12 of the leaders, who would give us a piece of a puzzle. They always had something odd about them. We had to say "Are you (some word that means secret agent undercover person that I can't remember)?" They would say something like 'the cat and the fiddle' we would say back "The cow jumped over the moon!" then they would give a piece of paper. Now this is a huge mall, probably the biggest in the country, so we were pretty lost at sometimes. At the end, when all the groups were back, the leader talked about being lost and how God wants to find us or something like that. She can say it better. It was really good to be around people my age who spoke English. They were super friendly too.

Me and my family are getting super excited about Alaska! Thanks to everyone who made it possible for us to come, and thanks for everyone's support! Can anyone tell me what the weather is going to be like? I can't remember October's weather!
